Membership Fees

Membership in Willow Birth is $20.00 per calendar year for childbirth professionals and $15.00 per year for students. 

There is also a gold star membership which is available for $50.00 per year.  Gold star members are denoted by the µ symbol next to their name in the referral directory.

Payments are accepted by check only at this time.  Payments may be made at the weekly meetings or by mail to: Willow Birth Association: 4408 SE 67th Avenue Portland, OR 97206

Fees may be waived due to financial need.  If you believe that you are unable to pay the fee but wish to participate in the Willow Birth mission, please e-mail info@willowbirth.org
