Fees & Costs:

The Low Income Doula Program is a strictly income based program with the following fees:

Very Low Income  (Mother qualifies for WIC)                                      $50.00

Low Income (0-30k per year family income; does not qualify for WIC) $150.00

Standard Income (30K per year family income)                                     $300.00

Upper Income (50k per year family income)                                          $400.00
